The Parish recently paid to have Christmas decorations removed and disposed of from over 500 graves.

This time of year, we still have some Valentines decorations, recently added St. Patrick’s Day decorations, and will have Palm Crosses and Easter decorations.

Please remove decorations after the holiday passes. Palm Crosses can remain for the Easter season and be removed on Pentecost Sunday (May 19th ).

Thank you from the Cemetery Ministry.

Special Note Regarding Sports Decorations:

The cemetery rules & regulations addresses decorations on our plots. The parish has been quite lenient regarding flags, banners, and balloons, however we have noticed some sports equipment (hockey sticks, lacrosse sticks, & fishing poles) being placed on our graves. Grave decorations should not be taller than the headstone, interfere with grass cutting, or impinge on neighboring graves. Any large sports equipment on our graves will be removed.
