We are pleased to announce that
St. Nicholas will visit Saint Patrick Parish
at the 9:30am Mass in Msgr. Purick Hall
on Sunday, December 5, 2021.

Just like all deacons, priests and bishops,
when St. Nicholas is in church he dresses in church vestments,
but when Santa Claus is outside of church,
he wears instead his winter coat and hat.

Because he is coming as a bishop,
St. Nicholas will not be taking present requests from our children,
but rather he would like them to tell him any prayer request they may have.

If your child would like to ask St. Nicholas
for a special prayer request on this occasion,
please help them fill out the prayer request form found below
or email your prayer request to spparish@optonline.net
by Friday, December 3, 2021.

Perhaps, in this special season of giving,
we could imitate St. Nicholas’ care and concern for all children and families,
and donate a new hat, gloves, scarf, or socks for those in need.
You can place your donated items in the
“Share the Warmth” bin
in the stairwell of Msgr. Purick Hall.
